At Rara Barefoot, we want you to feel the earth beneath your feet with total confidence. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
